We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on returning the item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We highly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

For the fastest way to get the item you want, we recommend returning the original item, and once the return is accepted, placing a new order for the replacement. This ensures you’ll get the product you need without delays.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, with no justification required. For the return to be eligible, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase for the return.

 

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund approval. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
